We all need help.
If you are navigating ADHD, executive-functioning challenges, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder and/or emotional dysregulation, you do not need to do it alone; the Method of Living is designed to bring more ease into your life.
With the right care, structure, strategies and steady support, meaningful change is possible.
Each part of your life shapes the others.
Difficulty focusing can affect your career. Shifts in mood can disrupt routines and follow-through. Stress can affect your health. A relationship can consume the energy you need for everything else.
My work includes executive-functioning and ADHD coaching, as well as practical support for emotional regulation, stress and overwhelm, relationships, wellbeing, midlife changes and major life transitions.
When therapy or psychiatric care is part of your support system, coaching can help you carry that work into everyday life—creating routines, strengthening follow-through and making change more manageable.
Together, we look at how the different parts of your life are working, identify where you feel stuck and focus on the changes that can make the greatest difference.
From observation, acceptance and understanding,
to guided steps and meaningful change; this is how I help…
FUNCTION
Create structure where life feels scattered.
Executive functioning is at the heart of much of my work. We address organization, time management, priorities, decision-making, routines, accountability and follow-through—turning what you intend to do into what actually gets done.
This can be particularly valuable for adults navigating ADHD or executive-functioning challenges, as well as those living with bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder or emotional dysregulation. Shifts in mood, energy, attention or emotional intensity can make routines, decision-making and consistent follow-through more difficult.
Depending on what you need, that might mean mapping out the week together, creating a daily structure, setting priorities, preparing for periods of change or checking in between sessions to help you stay grounded and follow through.
WELLBEING
Take care of the person who’s managing everything else.
Sleep. Movement. Strength. Nutrition. Stress. Hormonal changes. Mental health. Energy.
We look at what may be affecting how you feel and function physically and emotionally, determine what you can address day-to-day and identify when additional professional expertise may be helpful.
See the landscape more clearly.
Relationships can be one of the greatest sources of support—and one of the greatest sources of disruption.
Whether you’re navigating a partner, family, friendship or difficult interpersonal dynamic, I help you identify patterns, establish boundaries, prepare for conversations and make clearer decisions.
The goal isn’t for me to tell you what to do. It’s to give you the perspective and tools to decide for yourself.
RELATIONSHIPS
TRANSITIONS
Find your footing when life changes.
Career shifts. Divorce. Empty nesting. Loss. Midlife. A new diagnosis. A relationship beginning or ending. Major life transitions can disrupt even the most capable, high-functioning people.
Even positive change can disrupt the structure that once kept life working. We create a new one—helping you determine what comes next and how to move toward it.
RESOURCES & SPECIALISTS
Know when you need more—and where to find it.
Sometimes moving forward requires expertise beyond mine.
When appropriate, I can help identify and connect you with trusted therapists, psychiatrists, physicians, trainers and other specialists—and help you turn their recommendations into actions that actually become part of your life.
Because finding the right expert is only part of the equation.
Knowing what to do is one thing. Making it happen is another.
